At Arabian Soul Perfumes, we aim to deliver premium quality fragrances and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product received does not match the description
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as received
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or promotional items (if stated as non-returnable)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item
Please do not send any product back without prior approval.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We offer replacements instead of refunds in certain cases:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect product delivered
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled:
- Before shipment confirmation
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the order:
- We reserve the right to deduct delivery charges
- Repeat cases may lead to account restrictions
Important Notes
- Slight variations in packaging or color may occur due to lighting or batch differences
- Fragrance preference is subjective; returns are not accepted based on scent preference
