This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product received does not match the description

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or promotional items (if stated as non-returnable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item

Please do not send any product back without prior approval.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

We offer replacements instead of refunds in certain cases:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before shipment confirmation

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the order:

  • We reserve the right to deduct delivery charges
  • Repeat cases may lead to account restrictions

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in packaging or color may occur due to lighting or batch differences
  • Fragrance preference is subjective; returns are not accepted based on scent preference
